I’m Darío García de Viedma, Associate Director at the IE University Center for the Governance of Change. In 2023, I had the honor of being included in the 4th edition of the 35 under 35 list by CIDOB and Santander.

We're doing research, executive training and outreach at the intersection of emerging technologies and governance, with a particular focus on foresight. Our partners include Microsoft, NATO, the U.S. Department of State, OECD, and The Future Society.

In my career as an AI Product Manager, I contributed to building Citibeats - an Ethical-AI tool designed to help decision-makers prevent the next crisis. My focus was on conceptualizing civic indicators measuring deep societal aspects such as perceptions of Sustainability, Social Unrest, Distrust, Polarisation and Perception of Inflation.

Beyond this, I've had the opportunity to provide consulting services to public and private institutions in over 90 countries, and I teach master's level courses at various European universities.

On a personal note, I love dancing, enjoy meditation, am a fan of public transport, and have a keen interest in cartography.
